Requirements to Sell On-Site: Unit is 10 years old or newer, you have the Title of the Unit in your name (or have financed the Unit), your campsite adheres to Resort guidelines, and you are up to date on your payments for your Seasonal Campsite Reservation, LP Gas, Sewer and Taxes.
What We Do: RV RIGHT makes it possible to sell on-site at Cold Springs Camp Resort & with inclusions, researches the value of the RV and inclusions, helps set a listing price, takes good photos & videos of the RV and inclusions then edits them and gets them in front of potential buyers, promotes on its website, social media, email alerts, and at Cold Springs Camp Resort where potential buyers are, and does the showings, negotiates with buyers, transfers the title from seller to buyer, closes your current RV bank loan (if applicable), and handles all the rest of the paperwork that comes with the sale (ex: bill of sale). Once everything is complete (closing current bank loan, transfer if title, etc.) , you receive a check.
Please note: We will not be taking any more RVs on consignment after Labor Day (September 2) for the rest of the 2024 Camping Season. If you are looking to sell in 2025, you can fill out our Request to Sell and we will contact you when the 2025 Camping Season is upon us.
